Space Information
Artist Table – 6 ft table with 2 chairs and 2 Badges $200
OR 2 6 ft table, 4 chairs, 4 badges $400
Vendor – 10 ft x 10 ft booth with 6 ft table, 2 chairs, and 2 Badges $410
OR 10 ft x 20 ft booth with 2 6 ft tables, 4 chairs, and 4 badges. $820
General
∙ Every vendor is responsible for the cleanliness of their space.
∙ Vendors are allowed to share tables. Both sellers must fill out the application and state who they want to share
the table with. You will still only get the number of badges stated on the table size you choose and pay for.
∙ There is no smoking permitted inside or within 25 feet of the venue entrances.
∙ Hachicon will not be held responsible for any merchandise sold by vendor. Nor liable for any stolen property.
Please consider locking, securing, or any form of keeping track of your items throughout the entirety of the
event.
∙ Vendor agrees to not publicly display adult material. ID checks are required for any items 18+, and must be
shown discreetly to those ID’d. Censoring merchandise is fine.
∙ Vendors agree to hold Hachicon, its staff, volunteers, and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center not responsible
from loss or damage of merchandise or injury sustained during the attendance at its event. It is up to the
vendors to carry insurance for themselves and their goods.
∙ Gambling is prohibited.
∙ Photographs are allowed but vendors may request for attendees/vendors not to photograph their art work.
∙ Do not run activities in front of your table that will block walking paths through the event.
∙ Vendor must comply with all Utah state municipal, and federal requirements in connection to sales. You must
also adhere to any and all Fire Marshall guidelines, regulations, facility layout, and electrical access rules.
∙ Any fanart is allowed by artists, but must be of original design and in your own style, heavily traced or
referenced art is not permitted.
∙ AI artwork is NOT allowed not permitted for sale. If Hachicon finds out anything started out or is AI Art and is
being sold we will revoke your badge and table. You will be banned from Hachicon if this rule is not respected.
∙ No guns are permitted unless they are props and have no ability to fire any type of projectile. An orange tip
shall be present on the end of the barrel.
∙ No helium or any flammable gasses are to be brought into the venue.
∙ No Chemicals of any kind including sale of pepper spray.
∙ No devices that can discharge electrical current. Examples are Tasers or Stun Guns.
∙ Vendors are not permitted to sell bootleg, pirated, or unlicensed physical or digital goods in any form. If you
are found to be selling such items you will be removed from the venue and the refund is not guaranteed.
∙ Drug paraphernalia and products that may have been derived from controlled substances, are not allowed
anywhere on the premises.
∙ Blades or sharp pointed objects may be sold as long as vendors check the attendees ID to make sure they are
over the age of 18.Upon sale the item must be packaged securely by the dealer and the attendee must remove
the item from the facility into secured vehicle/hotel.
∙ Vendor tables are not guaranteed until registration is completed and payment is received.
∙ Only in the event of a natural disaster or cancellation of the event by the event coordinators will registration be
carried over to the following year or refunds.
∙ Table transfers are not allowed without the consent of Hachicon. It should be noted that transfers are not
guaranteed to be approved and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Both businesses will have to be first
approved too.
Harassment
∙ Harassment, bullying, profanity, or aggressive behavior of any kind to staff, vendors, or attendees will not be
tolerated and may lead to expulsion from the event depending on severity.
∙ In the event of an incident, we ask that vendors do not take matters into their own hands. They are to contact
convention staff immediately. If you see something out of the ordinary, others not following venue or
convention rules please reach out to our security team which will be stationed at the entrance of the Vendors
Hall or the Artist Alley/Vendor help desk which will be stationed in the artist alley.
*Rules can be changed at any time and vendors are expected to adhere to the revisions. Vendors will be notified in a
timely manner of any and all changes made. Furthermore, everyone at the event is required to adhere to the
“Convention Rules,” no exceptions.
